Mackenzie Cornelll
Over the weekend, I had a wonderful time with Mackenzie in my hometown of Lebanon, Ohio. Mackenzie is an E-Media major at UC Blue Ash College and she asked me for some help on her degree project. For her project she wanted to do a documentary type film on my hometown. We went around town looking for locals to interview and places that have history from my town.

When I first met Mackenzie, we were in the same room for our first round interview as SOL's at UC Blue Ash. I walked into the room and thought to myself, through most of the interview process, that she was the one running the group interview. She had so much confidence and personality and it really showed. After learning that she was in the running to become a SOL, I was shocked. I have never met someone with so much confidence when in that type of circumstance.

Now, to think that we started together in the same interview room to working together as ambassadors, is crazy to me. Mackenzie and I have become a lot closer as friends and I am so honored to be able to work with her. Mackenzie truly is inspiring. Everything that is sent her way, she puts the upmost effort into it. Mackenzie is so strong and courageous and it is hard to find someone like that today. I value our friendship and I am very excited to get to work with Mackenzie throughout this year!

In the future, I see Mackenzie being very successful through her E-Media career. With her communication skills and her courage, it will bring her far in life. I was able to experience those skills in action while spending time together over the weekend. Working on her degree project and recruiting people for her film. Mackenzie was succeeding from the start. I am very excited for her to see where she is able to take herself with her personality.
