Week of 9.1.2017

Meghan and I go way back from the very first day of SOL training. Meghan was the first Student Orientation Leader that I was able to meet. I walked into training and the first thing we had to do was find a partner, sit with them and complement each other. It definitely was rough around the edges but our laughs and jokes were too hard to pass. 

 

As the second week of the semester flies by, it has been and interesting semester for Meghan. She has just started her business classes with Accounting and Microeconomics. Meghan is one of the most organized people I know so I knew she would very much enjoy accounting. Before the semester started, I couldn't tell you how many times I heard Meghan talk about how scared she was about taking accounting because it will be too hard. Well deep down, I knew that she was going to love accounting. One of the fist things Meghan had mentioned in our meeting was how much she loves accounting. Meghan, I told you it was perfect for you!

Anyway, besides that, it was great to finally catch up with my first SOL friend! It is never hard to make each other laugh. Meghan and I both have strong personalities so we tend to interrupt each other, but we both understand how excited we get to share our thoughts with each other. I am very grateful for Meghan and I am so excited that I get to work closely with her throughout the rest of the school year!
